I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer having qualified 11 years ago and have the expertise and experience to help you achieve your goals. I started Valkyrie to become more of a fitness and lifestyle coach and continue training and specialising in female strength and fat loss training, as I am passionate about helping women shake their demons and transform. All sessions are aimed at working with you to maximize your strengths and realise your potential. My training mantra is “Sadistic with a Smile” but this is tailored to you as an individual and some clients whether male or female, prefer a determined but patient approach. Valkyrie provides the opportunity, convenience and flexibility to train in your home, work place or local park.

I have worked in both the Australia and the UK, which has given me invaluable insight into how to approach personal training and the essential component of sports massage therapy.   Studying and learning about nutrition has allowed me to incorporate this vital element in all my sessions. My knowledge and experience ensures I offer you expert advice based on the nutritional needs of sports men and women and how to incorporate nutrition in weight loss programmes. This proves invaluable in all aspects of my work, particularly when I am working with pregnant or lactating mothers, who wish to regain their fitness after birth.

I have incorporated packages because change can be difficult and knowing that you are committed for a certain length of time with continuous support, help and the tools to help make the changes to your lifestyle can be more beneficial. Hence paying for a package rather than just one off sessions, which could go by the wayside.
